There is often a point of leverage already present in a Visionary’s external system that can give you access to better results because of cause & effect. More plainly said, this is a lever you can pull yourself or teach your team to lean into, that lifts things that otherwise have too much gravity on their own.

One type of lever you can put in place immediately

Identify a clear standard of performance or quality that may be so obvious to you but it’s non-existent in your structure -- and your team doesn’t really get it yet. When you communicate it in such a way that it becomes a natural part of your business system, then your team is equipped to make better decisions, produce at your quality standard, and protect the reputation of the business. 

This is the power of an executive order that defines your standard of performance for a certain process like how often it must be completed or how quickly it's triggered by a customer action. It can also define a standard of quality for a certain deliverable (output of a process).

After completing your first (or next) Zeteo within the Visionary's Journal, you have the opportunity to apply for a Certainty Call with Christy.

When you enter the Certainty Call, you will co-produce a bespoke set of Executive Orders, based on what you truly require from your business for the next mission ahead. 

These Visionary-Level Executive Orders establish declared and documented authority. These are your convictions described as non-negotiable standards, aligned with the requirements you noted in your Journal.
