Across the last three decades, Christy observes five distinct Visionary Archetypes, each likely to follow a unique pathway of maturity.

Why Conscious Authority Matters So Much for Visionaries
Do you experience patterns of recurring, undesired effects that no amount of strategy, effort, planning, or optimization has fully resolved yet?

Four Types of Gaps (there are other types)
These unintentional distortions first create cognitive gaps for you and others in and around your business: the distance between what is believed and what is true.
Cognitive gaps produce embodiment gaps: you may know the right moves, yet knowing is not the same as living them daily, under pressure, in your body.
Embodiment gaps produce structural gaps in your business systems that show up as undesired effects like low sales, churn and burn, miscommunication, energy leaks, or spin.
Meanwhile, positional gaps are naturally occurring in this phase of maturity.
When you realize that each position on the map has inherent limitations and risks that widen the above, because of gaps that exist simply from vacancies of strength and maturity in that system, then you are fully equipped to lead the required changes that produce the effects you really desire, such as effortless sales, loyalty, and mission impact. Or, the business produces what I require, without my constant presence and attention.
These four types of gaps are where energy is siphoned off, diffused, or wasted, trapping you and your team in recurring patterns until you resolve the root cause.
This root cause resolution equips you to close the causal gap once and for all, and ripple that solution through any related gaps. That becomes a tipping point where momentum accelerates naturally, to form structure with precision and strength. Your business shifts into a new trajectory of influence and income.

The Five Phases of the Universal Journey

The universal journey follows five distinct phases with unique dynamics, strengths, gaps, blindspots, risks, and opportunities. The audit allows you to precisely pinpoint your maturity position across eight dimensions, giving you exceptional understanding of your current reality and aspirational destination.
Between each phase is a phase gap unlike the other four shared earlier, but it contains a powerful tipping point with force multiplication that allows you to leap into the next phase. The very first (invisible) tipping point was deciding to start.

The Eight Dimensions Always Active

Once you begin the Visionary’s journey, you step into eight active dimensional sub-structures inherent to that environment.
Two of them span your inner world, which provides a wireframe for your external structure, whether you choose to design and build any of it or not.
Six of them measure your external progress in designing and developing that wireframe and its contents.

Your attitude and orientation toward each question in the audit sets your bearing toward what’s required to ascend that critical layer of the journey. These four yes or no questions measure that bearing.

What the Audit Reads
POSITION
Position of maturity across the dimensions universal to all visionary journeys, from an entrepreneurial lens. You’ll be asked two questions to measure each dimension, with a sliding scale of 0 to 10 to mark your position of maturity in that area. GAPS
Gaps behind patterns of undesired effects typical to your unique position, including cognitive gaps, embodiment gaps, structural gaps, and positional gaps. Your Visionary Report will show you how these gaps conspire together to keep you stuck and limit your income and progress in the journey, and how to resolve them.
BEARING
Bearing of orientation for each area the audit asks you questions about. Your Visionary Report reads your attitudinal bearing for that critical layer of visionary development. Read more about the four axes revealing your bearing here in this guide.
SIGNATURE PATTERNS
Signature Patterns related to your orientation, that determine your bearing. If your bearing tallies run clearly high or clearly low across the audit, the reading may also surface a pattern signifying a certain recurring orientation. Each signature describes a recognizable stance toward change.
Your Visionary Report will give you a detailed reading of your Position, your Gaps, your Bearing, and any Signature Patterns, what those mean, and how to resolve the patterns to ascend in your position.
