The Market Resonance is the first dimension the Visionary's Audit asks you about. This is because it's the effect that either shows the business is on track, even in its earliest stages, or its not meeting the basic requirement of producing income that recurs and self-generates.
The Audit and its Reports talks about "buyers" as a generic term to mean customers, clients, buyers, members, subscribers, or any other form of buyer. You can also interpret this to mean donors, patrons, or others who make payments or donations. The point is that business, even a nonprofit business, is still a business that requires transactions to operate.
Question 1: Are you seeing curious visitors who become buyers?
0 = IRRELEVANT: I'm not thinking about this yet, or it doesn't pertain to me.
1-4 = EARLY STAGE: I’m not getting much traffic, and those who buy once rarely return.
5 = TIPPING POINT: I'm ready for more
6-9 = MATURITY: Curious visitors become loyal buyers who come back for more.
10 = IDEAL: My customer base is multiplying, and they stick with me for life.
Question 2: Do repeat buyers come back with referrals?
0 = IRRELEVANT: I'm not thinking about this yet, or it doesn't pertain to me.
1-4 = EARLY STAGE: I rarely receive testimonials or referrals from my customer base.
5 = TIPPING POINT: I'm ready for more
6-9 = MATURITY: My buyers consistently talk about why they love their experience and they often refer new customers.
10 = IDEAL: My customer base has become my best ambassadors.
